The room was really spacious and functional, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch - I loved it! the location was fantastic, especially for a quick stay. 🌟

Everything was simply good. The place was fairly clean with efficient and excellant stuff members. Our room was newly renovated and new-fashioned provided with toilet in the other, separate tub. The lobby bar was executive! The breakfast was large and savoury, the check in was fast.

The location is convenient and unbeatable and they have parking on site...

The accommodation here is extremely comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff members are especially helpful.

Comfy queen room 🛏️ with a great shower and a big bathroom that has both a separate tub and a nice bath. the room temperature was just right at 24 degrees.

The room was nice and very quiet. The bed was firm but not too hard. The bathroom was very big with separate shower and tub.

The choices for snack were rather limited. The lobby cafe which at times was the only thing open just had sweet cakes as a choice. Room service food was so so. The internet was quite expensive, and many other hotels it is free.The worst thing was the airport shuttle. I chose this hotel only because it was close to the airport. I took a 6am shuttle, and we went to t3 first. We finally arrived at Terminal 2 at 6:45am. No problem catching my flight, but I would rather have slept more and taken a taxi then sit uncomfortably in this bus for 45 min. This inconvenience and the hotel is not close to any food choices or casino as the website advertises , makes the hotel highly overpriced for what it provides.

Comfort. Breakfast but not so attentive staff. Had to wait to get coffee. Room Excellent... Free drink bit pathetic.. fancied a white wine after long travel.

Too long on reception. Check and check out. Lots of people complaining about same. Hotel has reputation for slow check out. !!!

It was nice to have a relaxing sleep before flying out of the country early the next morning.

The check in system seemed a little old fashioned with the assistant having to find the booking in a manual file rather than just searching for it on a computer system. The check in took some time because of this.

Good position for people need to go to airport very fast. They have the transfer to the airport.

The whole hotel looks grand and has a very nice lounge area. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Service staff are well trained and very efficient.

Good and clean hotel. I booked the shuttle bus and the service was perfect.

The hotel is not so close to airport. From airport to hotel are approx. 10/15 min. It is really necessary booking the shuttle bus to avoid unexpected delay.
